our stay at philoxenia ganossis in ermioni was even better than before! the upgraded 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic, with a stunning view of the sea from the big terrace. breakfast served on the terrace was amazing and julie, our helpful host, gave great recommendations for dinner. everything was spotless and the air conditioners worked perfectly. a cozy, comfortable vacation spot steps from the sea.

The room was spacious and had a great view over the water. The breakfast served in the room was delicious. The location was perfect, close to the beautiful seaport and with plenty of parking available outside.

The welcome we received from the staff was disinterested. The room itself was a bit tired and the bed was not very comfortable.

Julie, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and provided all the necessary information about the apartment and surrounding areas. The view from the spacious balcony was jaw-dropping, with the sound of waves in the background. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the port, and there was a well-stocked supermarket nearby. The self-catering facilities were excellent. The continental breakfast, served in-room at our desired time, was amazing. The staff, especially Julie, were lovely and went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. The apartment was one of the best we've stayed in Greece, highly recommended!

The location is amazing, just on the edge of the peaceful bisti and the sea lapping on the shore just across the road. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Julie, who ensures a wonderful stay. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and jam, and eggs.

The bath water may not be as hot in the evening as it is in the morning.

As foreign tourists, we loved the beautiful view of the sea right in front of the property, complete with a big and nice terrace. the breakfast offered a diverse selection of yogurt, bread, eggs, and different breads. the rooms were impeccably clean, and the host, Julie, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.
